Cry Me a River

Here in SW Florida Investors are crying the blues and trying hard to get out of their contracts with the builders. They are complaining that they were misled by the Builders and had a lack of knowledge about what was going on and that the Mortgage companies misled them. Yet these same investors made a lot of money on their previous purchases and now do not want to have to give these profits back. The same story is being played out around the country.
