Are You getting a Lot of Different Rate Quotes?

You may find a large difference in rate quotes from one Lender to another. This is not always the case but as of now a lot of the Investors (who the lenders take the loan to)have very wildly swinging prices according to certain areas that they are focusing on buying. Some Investors will have great 15 Year Rates while another will be way off on the pricing. Others will have really good 30 Year rates while not being so great on the 15 Year side. Always check with more than one source. Some Lenders will have more outlets than others or may specialize in a certain type of loan more than another. Always remember this : ALL BROKERS & LENDERS ARE NOT THE SAME. They can and do vary on LOT on fees and rates.
